They are made of solid pieces of wood or MDF that are hand selected. They are all custom painted when you place an order. Since nothing is pre-painted and everything is custom made, please allow for slight variations in design and color. Do you Offer Matching Accessories: Yes! Yes! Yes! At that time, I will also provide you an invoice with payment details and an estimated ship date. How Do I Hang the Letters or Picture Frames? The Letters, Plaques, Hair Bow Holders, and Growth Charts each come with hanging ribbon in coordinating color. The 3x3 and 4x6 Picture Frames come with a wooden dowel to stand them up - If you would prefer ribbon to hang the frame, include the information in the special requests section and I will attach ribbon. When Will I receive My Order? Once payment is received, you can expect your items to ship within ten business days. I will send you an email when your order ships so you can watch for the package. Rush orders are available for an additional $10.00. Priority and Overnight shipping are available. What Kind of Payment Do You Accept? I accept cash, check or paypal. Therefore, please ask questions and be specific when entering your request. I understand that my design and your idea may not always match and I will try to make any correction I can to make the product the way you would like it to be - Please email me or call me if there is a problem,within 15 days, and we will work on a solution together. Product damaged during shipping will need to be returned for review prior to refund or replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging. We will not process your return or re-design until the original item is received. Please note we can not accept any returns if not notified within 15 days of receipt of a problem.
